Paid €20 via iDEAL today to watch a match. The money was debited from my account, and I shared proof of payment with customer service. Their response? “Go to iDEAL, we can’t help you.” 🤯 €20 gone, no match to watch. This is not how you treat paying customers. DAZN should take responsibility and solve these payment issues themselves, not pass the blame to others. Very poorly handled.
