I got two products, the delivery was UP TO 4 days. As soon as I bought it, I sent an email confirming and asking if it would come straight away, they said yes, it was Thursday evening so they said you will gave it by next week. Late Tuesday I message asking because still no tracking, nothing, and I say tomorrow is the last day for delivery (as 4th business day). They say "we hope" (?) it will be sent still today. I ask when should it be here then? Oh, I believe that tomorrow. That was FIVE days ago. Four days ago I asknagain where is the product or at least the tracking information, they said they had a delay with the supplier (shouldn't they know that already) but would send it still that day. And here I am, 4 days later, no tracking, no delivery. Not a word from them.
