In November, we bought an expensive bed from Kave Home. Three and a half weeks later we received the bed, which had a very large scratch on the main wooden part. Despite our attempts to contact customer service immediately, we were unable to do so by phone; they can only be reached by mail. In 4 weeks since we submitted a complaint with photos showing the damage to the bed and the package that arrived, we haven't heard back from them except to say that it's a very busy time and that we should be patient. In other words, if you decide to buy from this company, you should know that you cannot trust their customer service.
