I am writing this review to raise a complaint about my experience with Naduvi regarding order #273489. We received a sofa that is not the one we ordered. The colour is completely different and does not match the product we purchased. There has been a complete lack of customer support for over 3 weeks. We have been waiting for a response during this entire time and have had no contact or resolution from Naduvi despite multiple attempts to reach them and providing the requested photos. After waiting nearly a month for delivery, receiving the wrong item and then being ignored by customer service is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. We are requesting that the incorrect sofa be collected and replaced with the correct dark brown sofa that we originally ordered. We expect Naduvi to respond and resolve this matter immediately.
