Extremely disappointing handling of cancelled flights and reimbursement Our experience with Vueling has been extremely disappointing. Our flights were cancelled twice, leaving our family of five stranded. At the airport, we were clearly informed that all necessary expenses (meals, accommodation and transport) would be reimbursed. We made responsible choices to keep costs as low as possible, even renting one car instead of taking multiple taxis. All expenses are fully documented with bank and credit card statements. Vueling partially reimbursed €611.87, which confirms their responsibility. In addition, a payment of €262.24 was explicitly promised, but never paid. Despite submitting all required documents multiple times, we only receive standard responses with no proper explanation. Even after several cases and repeated follow-ups, Vueling refuses to provide a fair resolution. This is not about unreasonable claims, but about reimbursement of necessary costs after two cancellations, as required under EU passenger rights. Very disappointing customer service and handling of a clear case.

Wij hadden een retourticket van Vueling. De vlucht van Barcelona naar Schiphol was volgens de vueling app vertraagd van 13:30 naar 16:00 vervolgens naar 23:30 en weer naar 16:00. Aangekomen op vliegveld om 14:00 bleek het vliegtuig net vertrokken. We hadden pech zei vueling. Ik had een screenshot van de app met vertraging naar tijdstip 23:30. Reactie vueling, je moet je ten alle tijden melden bij de gate op het oorspronkelijke tijdstip. Ook hadden ze geen e-mail gestuurd zeiden ze. Op de screenshot van de app gingen ze niet in. Slechte klantenservice!!
