Booked a taxi for Schiphol on May 2 for May 25 at 05:30 since I had a flight at 07:10 on the other website schiphol-taxi.nl which belongs to the same company Received phone call week before asking to confirm. On the day received an sms at 05:15 saying that Taxi driver was on the way and having the taxi driver number. At 05:35 calling taxi driver did not show up and was not answering the phone. At 05:45 calling the central number who also had the driver not answering: after some time central office says that driver is sick they offer refund or another taxi in half an hour. I ask to have a taxi in 15 minutes or to take a taxi myself and have refund and keep the return with Schipol-taxi. They refuse. We are in need to be at Schiphol and we take a taxi ourself with extra cost. At arrival in Schiphol we manage to get another flight and arrive to another city with additional cost of money for renting from another place.Althought they refunded the money I paid to them they never apologized or offered compensation for the extra money I had to pay for their lack of service.Very unfriendly company with little customer service attitude. Better to choose others. Do not book with them especially if you have a family travelling with like I did. They will not help and they will let you down in case of issues on their side.
